We had an amazing experience here with our three daughters. The location and quality of the hotel were wonderful and what you would expect from a WA. The service though was particularly exceptional considering we were staying with three young children. The staff went above and beyond to make us all feel at home. I’d particularly like to call out Dallin at the concierge desk as he stepped in multiple times during our stay when the kids were getting frustrated and offered either a small stuffed animal or help with the hot cocoa offering. He made our stay truly special. I’d also like to provide honorable mentions to Joaquin (our server in the powder room) and Jack (at the valet) for all of their help as well.

We stayed at the Waldorf for my sister's 40th birthday and it was the best trip ever! The 3 bedroom villa we stayed in was perfect for our group. It had a spacious kitchen, a shared living space, and a large bedrooms for all of us to spread out in. The concierge team was so accommodating. Especially Dallin Calvert, who sent a special birthday note, and a cake for all of us to enjoy. He's seriously the best. Everything about our stay there felt special. Thank you to all of the kind staff at the hotel for making our trip one for the books! I'll definitely be back.

The hotel staff is excellent, professional, and kind. The food at the restaurant and room service were excellent. Shuttle service to downtown Park City and the Frostwood gondola up to Canyons village made getting around the area so easy! The spa experience was perfect. We highly recommend visiting the Waldorf Astoria Park City for any type of occasion!

Would have traded our room upgrade (for being a Hilton Diamond member) to be able to check in on time. It was well after 4pm and multiple families were in the lobby unable to complete check in because their rooms (and ours) were not ready. Y’all have 4 staff to open the front doors for guests but not enough housekeepers to clean rooms from 11am (when checkout is required) to 4pm? Even as Diamond status, there was no late check out option despite the fact we didn’t get a full 19hours in our room. I’m sure it’s a lovely stay when things work out, just pack your patience.

Yes, it's expensive ... but it really is worth the price. From the minute you enter the beautiful lobby, you feel a sense of relaxed luxury. Not pretentious and very welcoming. Friendly, helpful staff with lots of smiles. Lovely room—with fireplace and balcony and wonderful nightly "turn-down" service. All in all, it made for a wonderful time!

If you come for the ski valet, that’s nice. But also considering that no room service after an exhausting day and the lady on the line said that “the water and cleanup is the turn down”. And the lady is also very rude and just can’t wait to hang up the phone and used her arrogant attitude to say that some extra water is not possible while we are diamond member of Hilton. I came here to enjoy my vacation and have to suffer with bad mood every day.

Wonderful hotel and experience. We only got the pleasure of staying one night but are already talking about returning. The service is top-notch. Everyone greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The location and facilities are beautiful. The room was well-appointed and incredibly clean. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant and look forward to dining with them in the evening during a future stay. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

We stayed here on 9/23-9/25/24 in room 6171. It was our third stay at this hotel. We found the hotel to be very good to great and the staff exceptional. |Our room was a bit small, but well appointed. There was a Nespresso machine, fridge (no freezer) and wet bar. There is no microwave but there was a electric kettle under the wet bar sink for tea. The bathroom was good sized but has limited counter space. There is decent water pressure from the rainfall style shower. There are no grab bars in the tub/shower. The tub is jetted.|There is a fireplace but no balcony.|The room faces the interior courtyard and pool. It is far from the lobby (about a 5 to 6 min. walk) . |Of the three rooms we have stayed here in, 6171 was our least favorite.||The hotel has a great S'mores station and several outdoor fire pits to cook your S'mores over.|Parking is valet only ($45/day) and the valet staff were great. We never waited to pick up our car or to drop it off. ||The concierge staff (Zile) was very helpful in pre-planning our stay and where to best find fall foliage (try N Pine Canyon Rd. off Guardsman Pass).||We had dinner in the bar and two breakfasts in the restaurant. Our meals were good to very good and the service very good to excellent.|We will stay here again.|Tips:|If coming from Provo, check to see if the construction on the flyover connecting to I 80 is done, if not come from SLC.|The was construction on the road leading to Silver Lake in Brighton and the end of the Guardsmans pass near there (two separate spots) which added an hour to our drive there and back..
