Shannon did a great job on my highlights/lowlights. She is the only person I have had get the color of blond that I want correct. She also made me feel as if I was her only client not rushed. She also listed to me when I told her how I wanted my layers. Love my new hair style, I wish that it wouldn't grow out but at least I know where to go when it does. I am also looking forward to trying more services that this salon offers, it is truly a beautiful salon with professional staff.

She single handedly saved my hair! I had been to other stylists who had turned my hair orange only when I simply wanted highlights and some grey coverage. I had lost all faith in stylists and spent way to much $$ on trying to correct. After a long time of just getting my hair grow out and letting it "go". I decided to try one more time to get what I truly wanted. I remembered a place in CC that a friend suggested I visit. So I did...I was paired up with Ella and she executed my blonde back to a natural state! My trust has been revived...and she is my gal! Thanks Ella for your instant confidence in your talent! I have been a customer of Salon Mila for over 20 years in various different locations throughout Scottsdale and Phoenix. My husband and I are not regular clients at Salon Mila in Stage Coach Village and cannot think of going any where else. The team there are always welcoming and gracious. We feel like we are at home. Nelli is our nail technician and she is wonderful!!! It's amazing how Salon Mila has been able to keep up their exceptional Customer Service standards in over two decades!

My wife and daughter have been pressuring me to get a facial for months. As a guy I wasn’t interested because first it didn’t sound like fun, and second I didn’t believe that it could ever have any results. I was wrong on both accounts. The experience of getting a facial from Kasey. was amazing, it was so good in fact that I immediately booked my next appointment. Kasey is extremely skillful, and has amazing energy. highly recommend!

Hardly any words can describe our experience at this absolutely beautiful salon! As a lifelong “Aveda Girl,” I was hesitant to try a new salon but it was necessary due to an entire family move from Scottsdale to Cave Creek. These ladies are a “bring you a hot cup of tea” and brilliant conversation kinda folks. My new favorite stylist Stella performed a beautiful miracle on my Texas-sized hair! She listened to my needs and her handiwork and gifts did not go unnoticed. Hair by Stella!! Most of all, they all made my adult special needs daughter feel like a princess! While my hair was “cooking,” Milana took the time to apply a beautiful face of makeup to my daughter. I was floored at her kindness and generosity of spirit. Even the owner, Mila (a gorgeous woman!, took time out to offer a warm welcome and a hug. This is an absolutely stunning salon… but more importantly, the ladies providing services here have the biggest hearts!

Ella D. was beyond amazing! It was my first time at Mika. She gave me the best color I’ve ever had, added a blow drying as a gift, and really respected the fact that I don’t like to talk much when I have my hair done. Ella was wonderful!

Salon Mila is a nugget of gold nestled in the heart of Cave Creek! I have been a client for a couple of years or so and I can honestly say I have never had a negative experience in any form , or with any service!
Natalya and Nellie do beautiful nails and pedicures. A facial with Kasey is like none I have ever experienced at any spa any where! Her technique and touch is so relaxing and gentle. The products the Salon uses are top shelf and smell amazing. Mila, the owner, is a delightful person and always has a smile to greet you. The Salon itself is bright, attractive and clean! I was so excited when they reopened after the “stay at home” order was lifted...Salon Mila completely transformed their space into a very safe and sanitized format. I felt completely at ease with all the staff and the safety steps in place.
