I had an amazing experience with Krystal! I feel like I was able to show / explain to her what I wanted and she was able to execute it beautifully! She gave great suggestions for my hair and the complimentary champagne was a nice touch! Definitely recommend her, especially if you're an Asian American with thick/silky hair! I had worries / the hardest time finding someone who could work with my hair and she definitely did an amazing job!

I will say the website said women's cuts for her was $90, and I ended up having to pay $115 before tip (and then tipped 20%), so it felt a little pricy but I know my hair is longer and thick so maybe that's why? Just wish it was a little more clear with pricing!

Marion is a quality professional and quality person. M Salon is immaculate and the staff is courteous and friendly. The pricing is very reasonable considering M Salon's presentation and service presents high end.

I got a lot of good comments on my hair after I had my hair cut. Thanks for the new hair dresser-Marissa, my hair looks MUCH better after her magical cut. She was patient to listen to my requirements, and gave me good suggestion to take care of my hair at home. I totally trusted her even though she's new and I just met her and it turned out GREAT!!! I'm very satisfied and I'll recommend my friends who wants their hair be in good hands.

Extremely disappointed with their service. I paid $300 for a balayage. I brought in a picture of what I was looking for a nice super subtle low starting balayage that faded into a heavier highlight toward the bottom and I walked out of there with clumpy orange highlights so unstrategically placed in like a strip around the circumference of my head. I waited a few days to see if it would grow on me but everytime I looked in the mirror I felt like crying. I called back a few days after the service and they scheduled to get me in for corrections but said they could only do it with the same stylist who messed up my hair in the first place. Then they told me what she would be doing (a little root color and some more toner) and after thinking on that a little I realized this isn't really fixable. She overbleached so high up on my head that there's no way I'm going to achieve the look I was going for with a little root color. Even if she colors over the top half of my head, it's already bleached under there and will fade out. Please please don't go here for balayage. It's so not worth it. I wish I could give 0 stars

Recommending M salon to all my Asian girls!!!! I met Marion and she’s such a PRO!!! I had hair cut and highlights with her and she gave me professional, great, and very personalized advice. As an Asian girl I was worried that my hair won’t be treated well or I won’t be able to get the style I want. However, what Marion gave me was beyond my expectations! The salon basically has everything you want for your hair and people here just surprise you!

It was my first time at M Salon and I absolutely loved it. Christina completely transformed my hair and i couldn't be more obsessed. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she also gave me tips on how to style my hair and take care of it better. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back.

Everything was amazing. The staff was excellent from start to finish. Christina did an excellent job on my hair. She offered lots of advice for my hair type and really got to know me as well as my hair. I absolutely connected with her and will be seeing her in the future for continued cuts and hair care. I felt really valued as a customer. They seemed. Genuinely interested in chatting with me before, during and, after my session. Super personable. The salon uses excellent high end products in a really gorgeous atmosphere. The place was truly stunning. Prices are super fair for the quality that you're getting. I will happily continue going to M Salon. I will also be recommending it to all my friends. This is one of the best experiences I've had for a haircut and will be sure to return.
