I purchased a Groupon and scheduled last month. I arrived on time and was told my appointment was last week, when in fact it was today and on her calendar. She spoke with someone earlier in the day and doubled booked during my appointment. She said she could "start" on my hair, while prioritizing her other client, who was late. The salon was also very difficult to find and the name didn't match the street sign. I unfortunately will not be returning.

Maria is the best stylist and person ever. She has been performing her magic on my hair for many years. I panicked when I heard she was leaving her last Salon, but excited when she let me know where she was moving to. She is a model for customer service. As a professional she is always looking to please and make my experience a most enjoyable and relaxing one. Her knowledge of hair is astounding. I never have to tell her what to do or what I want. She just knows what will look good on me. I always get compliments from folks on how nice my hair looks.

I really like the new place, Dezi's, it is absolutely charming. I live downtown and love the city. Dezi's provides the downtown look, yet feels like home. I love it! You can't go wrong with the Salon and especially with Maria.

Hat's off to you Maria. I am so excited for you and for Dezi gaining such a wonderful person like yourself. I am looking forward to many more years of your magic and charm.

I have thin straight, fine hair so I don't mind going to whoever to cut my hair because its an easy cut: some light layers in the back and tapering around the front. My hair was down below my shoulders when I went in. I was VERY clear that I only wanted 1.5 inches off. The stylist must have forgotten that, maybe because she was on the phone most of the haircut, but she thinned my already thin hair. She cut off more then half of my hair, the longest "layers" she put in were 5-7 inches. I was in shock and could not say much, but it was nowhere near what I discussed with her. Half of my hair is just gone and now I have what looks like a mullet with even thinner hair.

Do not recommend. What kind of stylist talks on the phone during a haircut and just decides to thin/give long layers without asking. It will take me at least a year to grow my hair back, I cannot put it succesfully into a ponytail, and when I do hair falls out and there really is nothing in the pony tail because she thinned it. I work in healthcare so now I think I need to wear a hairnet. Absolute nightmare.

I went to Kelsy Rambo and she is fantastic. I have been going to her for years. I have naturally curly hair. She does such a great job every single time.
