I had a wonderful experience. Jinal, my beautician, was absolutely lovely—so friendly and professional. She made me feel completely relaxed throughout the appointment, and the results were amazing. My nails look beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with them. The salon itself had a lovely atmosphere, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Came in today just now for eyebrow threading; I didn’t catch the name of the lady but she immediately did my eyebrows as soon as I walked in!! Very friendly, kind and great service! 5/5 customer experience here and this is now my go-to place in London for eyebrow threading! Thank you! Will definitely be back here!

I came in for some last minute treatments before my holiday the following day. Aruna was fantastic and helpful and gave me a great manicure. The shape and colour are great and it has not chipped at all. I also had eyelash extensions and a brow tint after the lady recommended the tint I really loved the result. The brow tint looked amazing and I enjoyed trying out the lash extensions. The lady who did my lashes did recommend I try lash lift next time for a longer lasting more natural result. I have been several times to belleza beauty and it has always been amazing service. I highly recommend trying it.

I had a harrowing experience after visiting Belleza Beauty Friday 23rd August approx 2pm. As I walked in the salon, beauty technician looked as though she was falling asleep I asked if she was tired and she told me it was that time of the month and she gets tired. All I had done was a mini manicure, the left thumb covered quite well, the rest with hardly any coverage as the white tips of my nails can be seen through the Polish. I left Belleza Beauty with a splinter under my right thumb. As a result I spent most of my Bank Holiday in urgent care. Not a very good experience.

My first time visiting the wonderful team at Belleza for a Hollywood wax and eyelash tint and it was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. Aruna made me so comfortable as it’s been quite some time since I’ve had this wax - we were even laughing together, she made me feel so at ease! So happy the salon is right by my work and my train home. Thanks again Aruna! I’ll be back soon to see you!

Go see Aruna at Belleza in Waterloo Station if you want pretty toes! I've had two pedicures here and both times this salon is so professional. She made me feel comfortable and my feet are now looking ready for sandal season. There are so many colors to choose from, the massage chair is great AND everything is super clean. Price is right. Give them a go!
