It took me a while to find a great hair salon for my hair texture since I have natural curly hair. Aki did a great job for cutting my hair and dye it with natural color. Will definitely go back there! It is hard to make an appointment as it needs to be about 6 months ahead. So I booked it as soon as finishing haircutting for the next one 🙂

It was my first time visiting the salon and I really love the results. My appointment was with Yuri. I got the Japanese Straightening Hair Treatment done and it was applied really well. It's quite expensive, but the staff are very skilled so for me it is worth it. With this type of treatment, you need to go to somebody who knows what they are doing.
She also is great at cutting hair. Will definitely be going back for my touch up!

AMAZING. I have been a long-time customer of Beleco and am consistently impressed with the craftsmanship and skill of the stylists here. It is an immense privilege to be able to come here for my haircuts. Aki, Mari, and Shota are the kindest, funniest, and sincerest people I’ve ever met and they make the entire experience memorable. I’ve always booked appointments with Aki — at this point I don’t even have to say a word because he just knows what I like and delivers perfection every time, but the other day Mari cut my hair and was also incredible. Everyone here is a master at their techniques. Love this place, Beleco is a hidden gem.

The first word that comes to mind is meticulous. Every detail was attended to. Went to this salon for a Japanese straightening treatment. Yuki spent a great deal of time explaining the process and checking my hair to ensure it would be a successful undertaking.
Once the process was underway, she took a great deal of time to make sure no hair was missed and that I was comfortable. It was clear to me that she was an expert at her craft and I felt very confident in her abilities.
As for the final product, I absolutely love my straight hair. I’ve wanted to do this for a long time and I’m so glad I found a salon that was expert at this treatment.

Mari did an amazing job with my hair cut. Throughout the session (btw which lasted for over an hour!!) she was super attentive and professional. She patiently went through all the options depending on my hair texture and requirements. After almost a year long hunt of me finding a stylist who could give me a hair cut of my choice in central jersey area, I am super pleased to have found this place. Definitely coming back!

FYI: If you need an appointment for hair color and a cut at Beleco, you will have to wait until February as I have been told today by staff!! Amazing, but I am sure you can find a salon in Princeton who can accommodate your need and schedule...

I highly recommend BELECO Hair Salon in Princeton, NJ. Aki is very knowledgeable and caring about not only individual's hair type but the best fits hairstyle for individual needs. I've known Aki for over fifteen years and his salon is 90 minutes driving distance from my house. His salon provides a comfortable space and time that I truly enjoy as a treat for myself. It's worth to drive a few hours to see Aki and get the best result!

I and my friend had our ‘first-Beleco’ appointment with Mari for a scalp and hair treatment. Mari was amazing since we started with the appointment process. Due to covid I and my friend couldn’t book at the same time and Mari took the effort to reach out and make adjustments so we can come together. Mari’s skills are great as well, we loved the scalp massages she gave us and our hairs are feeling great! It’s been 2 days, we still see the effect on our hairs and they are just rejuvenated.
We are definitely going back!
