I have been a client of Roma Med Spa for over two years, and I cannot recommend Chantel enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable about all the services she offers and tailors them to meet your specific needs. I have had microdermabrasion, Advantx laser treatments, the dermaplane facial, and regular facials from her, and each experience has been exceptional.

Chantel’s expertise is evident, especially when dealing with my mild rosacea. She recommended a treatment plan, which has been incredibly effective. I wanted to try a more invasive laser (& more expensive) treatment and she advised against it because it wasn’t suited for my skin at this time (maybe later on once we got my skin to where we wanted it to be). This honesty and integrity is why I trust her completely with my skin care.

Beyond her professional skills, Chantel is super friendly and a joy to be around. She makes every visit enjoyable, and her studio always feels welcoming.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and personable esthetician, Roma Med Spa is the best choice! You will not regret it 🙂

I found Roma Med Spa because I was looking for somewhere that does hydrafacials and I HIGHLY recommend! Booking was easy, the spa itself was spotless but very spa-like, and the hydrafacial was perfect. Chantel is also very sweet but knowledgable. She was able to advise me on an unusual spot on my face and address it. Really looking forward to coming back for more facials and potentially some lasers!

Chantel is the best! She makes the whole experience very welcoming. I can ask her any questions and she always explains everything before we get started.
My skin has cleared up a lot and I also feel refreshed with a slowing face when leaving. I would recommend her to anyone and will keep going back!
