Unfortunately Bianca cut my hair nice, but the style never held bc she doesn't spend money on products to put in your hair. I had a lady that did my hair, and my style would hold for days but she retired. Bianca was late all the time, and stacking clients where she is working on both people or your waiting almost an hour. This is not acceptable especially when your tipping more than 50%. I mentioned to the owner and It seems like they don't care. Sorry I can't recommend this salon unless your time is worth nothing and your hard earned money is not appreciated. Make any excuse you want to contact me but don't bother I'm off to another salon.

Jazmin was nice, but I was really disappointed on how she styled my hair for my very first babyshower. When I came in she was busy working on someone else's hair which was fine as long as she attended to me on time which she did. I showed her a picture of the old hollywood waves I came in for. She said "okay I thought all hollywood waves look the same". But I was trying to show her how big I wanted my hair she said yeah thats fine.. she was done so fast all while also attending to someone else which took most of the time. when she turned my chair around it was nothing how I wanted she said the back look like the hollywood waves umm okay does that mean the front dosnt matter just a little curls at the bottom and my hair looked flat. It was so disappointing she said my hair was too thick to curl which is not true I've curled my hair before. Was she just limited on time? She should have told me in the very beginning my hair was too thick for her instead of just doing what she wanted. She kinda tried to "fix" it but obviously something really fast to attend her other customer which she did and I just sat there trying to fix it on my own
